Delete your account & data

This page explains how to request deletion of your PataMpoa account
and all associated personal data, what is deleted, what may be kept, and for how long.
PataMpoa is operated by the PataMpoa team (developer as shown on the Google Play store
listing).
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest, immediate)
- Open the PataMpoa app, or sign in at
patampoaglobal.com.
- Go to Profile → Edit Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you cannot access your account, email
[email protected]
from the email address associated with your account, using the subject
“Delete my data”. We verify your identity and delete your data,
normally within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your profile, and all profile photos, gallery photos and intro video.
- Your messages, reactions and conversations.
- Your likes, follows and connections.
- Your live-stream and call records.
- Your subscription and payment records (see retention note below).
- Any verified WhatsApp number and its verification data.
- Your authentication account (email / login credentials).
What may be kept, and for how long
Once your account is deleted, your personal data is removed from our active systems.
A limited set of records may be retained only where we are legally
required to keep them or need them to prevent fraud and abuse:
- Transaction / payment records: retained up to 7 years
where required by tax and financial-record laws.
- Safety / abuse records (e.g. reports or bans):
retained up to 12 months to protect other users.
- Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our
rolling backup cycle, within 30 days.
Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, then
deleted.
